That specific bow used to be from a quest called Stave of the Ancients, which was only obtainable via a drop called Ancient Petrified Leaf from Majordomo Executus in the Molten Core back in Vanilla WoW.
It was considered the best Hunter weapon pre Burning Crusade, and came with a 24-slot Quiver called Ancient Sinew Wrapped Lamina, and a Staff called Lok’delar, Stave of the Ancient Keepers.
As of Patch 4.0.3a, the Cataclysm pre patch, called “The Shattering”, the item no longer drops, and thus the quest is no longer available.
During Legion, the Wildrunner appearance, which strongly resembles this bow, could be unlocked for the Marksmanship artifact, Thas’dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners, after completing the Mage Tower challenge. Unfortunately this challenge is no longer available either.
