Hi, I have a problem with this Quest. I cant see Hexlord Raal and any NPCs in this location. What should I do? Cant continue in my war campaign.
Try logging out and back in again. I had the exact same issue, and a quick relog fixed it for me. For reference though, whilst at The Great Seal in Zuldazar, fly to The Sliver in Zuldazar, take the stairs up to the left and follow the path until you see him.
