Hellooooo. While that Ryzen CPU is good, unless you’re a content creator you’re probably better off getting an Intel CPU if you just want to play games or are upgrading for the sake of WoW. WoW will always run better with an Intel CPU (Ryzen is fine too if you’re okay with a few less frames) in which case I’d recommend getting the I5-9600k which you can overclock too. Pair it with a Z390 motherboard and 16 GB RAM that’s at least over 2600 mhz. You’ll save money while getting fantastic performance this way, though WoW will always be CPU bound so keep that in mind.
