The right click does not work on the UI. Meaning that when I am in a party, I cannot leave it by clicking on my name. I cannot move the target portrait, the focus portait or my portrait because my right click does not work on these.
Most likely you’re using an addon that is no longer working right.
See if you have the same problem with addons disabled. And if thats not the case, re-enable addons a bunch at a time until the problem comes back to find the culprit.
You can also enable the display of error messages with
/console scriptErrors 1
Error message may hint at which addon causes a problem, but it’s not uncommon for them to blame the wrong addon either.
You can re-disable the error display with
/console scriptErrors 0

I am not using addons though.
I havent gotten any response from the support team whatsoever.
Hmmm, that’s odd.
The few things i can think of, may not be very helpful but just in case:
Are you using any kind of special mouse software ? If so, is the right mouse button set to its default behavior in there ? Maybe try (temporarily) resetting that software to its factory defaults (or to a default profile), and see if that changes anything.
I assume the right mousebutton acts fine outside of wow ? in Windows/iOS and in your webbrowser for example. If not then it might just be the mouse button being worn out.
I’m pretty sure wow doesn’t allow rebinding of the left- and right mouse button, so if you’re not using addons (which could intercept them) then i don’t think it can be any kind of settings issue.
Out of curiosity, if you go to ESC -> Key bindings -> Movement keys, and find say the “Jump” action there (8th from the top or so). Jump is likely bound to spacebar there, what happens if you try to rebind it to your right mouse button instead ? Does it just remain stuck, set to spacebar, because binding things to the right mouse button isn’t allowed ? (thats how it is supposed to behave).

Let me give you a bit more info:
My mouse is alright. I use my mouse to move and steer (holding left and right mouse buttons). I also play other games, so I know its OK.
So everything began when I was not able to sell stuff using right click. I didnt figure out back then this might be an issue because the problem disappeared.
After that I noticed that my right click does not work on portraits at all nor on party frames, so I cannot move my portait or my target’s or my focus target’s portrait. I cannot leave a group without script etc.
Yesterday I was not able to open boxes as well, but that problem disappeared too after some time. Without reloging, without nothing. I just try in 5 minutes and it’s OK.
So the only problem that persists through all this time, 3-4 days, is my right click on portraits which hasnt worked since.
