I can’t pick up this item: “Golden Mobile Timepiece” from the chest at Trade Post
I can’t pick it up/remove it from the chest with any character
Ridiculous amount of stuff added, and they’re all expensive…
It should be automatically added to your transmog collection, not an item in your bags.

i saw that i can’t buy any of the things i wanted with the 600 and i logged off , i’ll buy one of them after reset when i fill the bar i guess. wish i could switch one of the mounts with watch
I didn’t have much currency and they seem to have given us more this month. I did race to fill the bar today seeking out things to do.
I usually wait but I was impatient to get my 12 months achievement.
i hope it is like how you wanted it to be i’m not sure if they gave both sets now . my achievement isn’t there yet
I was more pre-occupied with the mounts yesterday that I forgot to look beyond seeing the achievement and set in collection.

I’ve got the same issue here. I’ve completed this month … and the 11 months prior … but still only got 11/12. The chest is sparkling and the first time I clicked it, it added the “transmog” to my collections (although it’s showing as nothing … like an empty slot). I can keep clicking on the chest, and it keeps showing the “toast” saying I’ve received it.
We also have a guild member who has not completed January yet … but their achievement is showing as complete? I thought this was the first month it was possible.
The only thing I can think is either it’s bugged, or there’s an issue if you happen to have completed it on more than one character.
The watch is a niche addition for my Drakthyr 
she is themed around the bronze dragonflight with the golden gown, yellow gloves and golden hair accessories. 
That’s the best use for that dress I’ve seen!

Does it show when your not in visage? If thats rhe case this is a big win for dracthyrs. Otherwise its just a really lame monthly reward imo.
No it doesn’t but I never be in dragon form outside combat anyway
