I disconnected as I flew further and now I can’t log back in, I get disconnected instantly.

I can’t seem to use that:
My char has now been stuck like this for 10 hours, disconnecting upon login after ringing deeps disappeared and I can’t even use the supposed tool to fix it.
I still can’t access the tool to fix it.
It’s been 12 hours of not being able to play my char now.
Clicking I still need help just gives me this:
Which forwards me to the non-functional tool, again.
Like?
edit: Now, after countless of attempts with it not even loading and throwing me errors when it finally showed my char, it finally worked.

I’ve been facing the same issue with multiple chars. I’ve tried the Stuck Character Service too, with the same result: “Something went wrong on our end”. All of the stuck chars were in the Ringing Deeps zone. The above reply is wrongly marked as “solution”, there is no solution there. I have at least 4 chars that are unplayable right now. One of them has been unplayable for a week now. The sequence seems to be this:
- Flew into Ringing Deeps and dc’d right at the end of the Coreway, in the transition to the Ringing Deeps zone (this only happened to my warlock, and it was the first time I encountered the issue, a week ago - also worth noting it’s listed still as being in Dornogal, in the char selection screen)
- Tried to log in a char that is in the Ringing Deeps (this happened to all my stuck chars, one had dc’d while zoning in, the rest were simply logged out at an inn there)
- Loading screen froze at the end
- Closed down the client and tried to log in again, met by “A character with that name already exists”
- Let some time pass, tried to log in again, loading screen frroze at the end
- End result: cannot log into the char
Tried using the Stuck Character Service, but the Stuck Character Service isn’t working either.
