Knowing the Riot games community, doubt that there would be much chilling instead of constant yelling about what they did to each other’s mother the last night.
Knowing the Riot games developers, the mmo they make will make WoW’s class balance look good.

Why a Riot mmo? Sounds terrible… I loved League back in the day before they got bought up by tencent and went full evil corp. Hoping a new upstart company will fill the void in the market instead, with fresh ideas and developers that actually care about what they are making.
league of legends mmo would be nice i would totally play it tbh.
but i dont think any major publicer has plans to make an mmo, its just too much work for too little pay off.
it wont, i would love for it to be the worlds best mmorpg and kill wow for good, but it wont , its riot. I played lol for years and it like wow is the worst its ever been etc
I wouldn’t call League a failure. I’m not a fan of it but it’s not a failure by any means.

No, but the toxicity level in WoW is almost nonexistent compared to League.

I played both games, it’s comparable.
World of Warcraft has some nice sub-communities, but the PvP, part of the RP and forum sub-communities pull the average toxicity to the level of League community.
It wasn’t up to a certain point - around season ~5, maybe 6.
Ever since it’s getting worse, and worse. Currently it is a failure, with recent item shop changes being a cherry on top of it where they literally copied dota item shop.
And yes, in comparison WoW has very respectful and nice community.
every competative game has a “toxic” community. you know why? HUMANS HATE LOSING TO OTHER HUMANS.
