It sucks to see Starfall on 15s cd pooling and planning for starfall was a fun aspect of the gameplay so far from what I have tested it fell very awkward sitting and waiting to get to press it. So before the requirement to cast starfall was to have 50ap but now you also have to plan for a 15s cd which just adds another limitation to it. I would be more satisfied by them just nerfing boomkins instead of making the spec even more awkward to play.
