There is no point of doing them. Since last 10 or 11 days all i get is 1. Artifact Power (who needs AP when you pass 80?), 2. War Resources (who needs WRs out of fresh alts?), 3. Gold (acceptable) and 4. Prismatic Manapearl: the most useless reward in 8.3.
Where is ilvl 445 Armor, Azerite Armor, Weapons and Trinkets/Rings? Why have you removed them from Emisarry quests and replace them with these useless “rewards”?

This is by far the most stupid thing they’ve done in this patch. Gold would have been so much more useful than AP.

I am so disappointed they didn’t properly cap the neck and let us just gain gold at this time. I’m fed up with AP rewards which are worthless and AP missions on my ship.

My upgrades have stalled at 430 in the last week or so with no higher gear coming from emissary gear. Has it just been a run of rng with no gear coming up or has gear been removed?
All AP rewards should be a choice between AP and gold at this point imo. That way those who are still levelling the neck can get their AP and those who aren’t can get some extra gold (or another useful 8.3 reward maybe)

Gear is useless and you outgear it on a new char within a week
This is why I had huge issues with world quests.
It worked in Legion because it was always worth doing.
The loot box always had a chance to give Titanforged gear. I realy miss the emissary loot box, I hate the set-reward and auto loot system BFA introduced.
There was a good chance for legendary items to drop.
The additional rep boxes for each faction felt more lucrative.
Don’t get me wrong I’m glad Titanforging is gone, but the rewards for the emissaries needs an overhaul with it.

Especially now with the reputation buff and seeing the majority being AP missions.
Also, bit lazy on their part not adding rep missions for the newer factions that got introduced in later patches. Another thing Legion did better.

they can always make the not usless and give us 2-3 more essence slots in nect up to like level 95 or something.

I’m clearing the board again (on several characters) , I want the 4-5K gold from the paragon chests. LongBoi is only 200K away. Thanks for the buff.
Also as I am sure you are aware the neck level increases essence damage. Reaping Flames has turned me into a one-shot trash killing range class (DH) .

Tortollan Seekers with War Resources reward. This is probably the worst Emissary you can get, right?

A turtle quest is now 500 reputation, and there are even quests with the 250 rep rewards, those quests are 1000 rep each
Yeah, but then you’d have to do a Tortollan WQ.

Haha. Calligraphy for 1000 rep is not that bad.
I don’t understand peoples problem with Turtle quests, never have. They take a few minutes at most and the Calligraphy ones take a few seconds are are all by flight points.
