Great job Blizzard Devs. You’ve just killed off an entire BG by absolutely decimating the honor one gain from it.

I actually feel sorry for the hordes having to sit in queue for hours only to get zero honor. I can’t imagine any sane alliance player queueing up for EOTS unless they’re desperate for marks, and as we all know, more horde do BGs than alliance, so this will soon make it so there are no alliance queuing any more.

as a horde player who wants to pvp right now, I have to say I am getting dangerously close to checking out ff14.

Best part is - first screenshot is probably taken while Alliance was ahead in points.
Because somehow Alliance only gets 2 Bonus Honor ticks while Horde get 21. I really wonder how something like this actually gets into the release stage of a game.

This is just pathetic.

TBC PvP is Arena, not really BG.

That’s true for some, however good luck doing arena with no off set items. Just the 5 set won’t scare anyone

End-game content that based on your skill allows you to get ranked and rewarded.

Early on arena queue will be full of wanabies and random groups. If you know stuff you should be able to benefit on the early chaos and gear up.

Yes, but as a horde player you still have to endure hour long queues in EOTS in order to get the boots and neck. Meaning “everyone” have to farm 50 marks, and with the bull$hit honor, there is no incentive for alliance to queue after getting their marks (which they will before the horde due to the amount of players queueing), meaning horde will sit w/o EOTS queues.

At least the others BGs will be more active.

Everyone was focused on EOTS because they wanted to exploit the honor from flag.

But capture the flag in EOTS should give honor. This isn’t a fix.

I just lost with getting 0 flags vack to back with the enemy tram getting 500 bonus honor.
Then the next game the change came and I didn‘t get a single bit of honor for the flags, ob my first actual good game.
I‘m really fed up with having to watch everybody benefiting from gains while I myself am being too late to the party, just like in prepatch, where back in the day the bonus honor was insanely high for the whole time until tbc started, which this time was changed because some random dude postet fake proof.
I feel a lot like quitting right now, that sh*t‘s just not worth my time.

100% The only fix blizzard could do was to incentivize people trying to cap bases by increasing honor gained by getting bases. This “fix” is quite the opposite.

It’s unbelievable enough to discover someone out there actually understands about the flag in EOTS, and even rarer to learn that someone out there made an attempt to actually capture it rather than standing around in the centre doing suPa l33t dPs…

…but now you show me a clearly fake screenshot providing the illusion of Alliance ‘winning’ EOTS! Yeah lol, nice Photoshop work. Alliance has never won a single match in EOTS ever since the BG was implemented in 2007. Horde win 100% of all matches with no exceptions. All know this.

but for start in arenas you need honor gear and off set items os from honor in all seasons… and tbc pvp like in all other expansion is about gear… no gear no wining no rating (only if you have some OP class combs like rouge/mage, they dont need eq to winning

The problem is fraction imbalance. We know the problem. Blizzard ignores, the community is trolling.

Yes. resilience/specialized gear helps but if you can’t get it then others won’t as well aside of a very narrow top bracket. It’s a meme but at least it’s not a big meme. Yet…

there needs to be a mercenary system asap or put horde v horde because the queues are insane and why bother with 0 honor anyways.
