Risen are recruiting!
Founded during WotLK, Risen is a guild formed by a small group of close friends who wanted to experience challenging current content together at their own pace. In the closing months of BfA we remain true to this original idea.
Our guild events are currently focused around mythic+ and occasional raids, and we are looking to recruit players to build strong teams and push keys. We take an off-meta approach to our team compositions, and encourage our members play the classes and specs they enjoy and not those that are “pulling high numbers”. If the stars align and those are one and the same then great, but if not, you won’t be forced into a spec or role you don’t want to play.
We like to maintain a smaller community of members to tackle content; we have found this creates a better atmosphere, allows us to work better as a team, and gives players more of an influence on the outcome of the team.
We promote an open and honest culture and encourage players to own their mistakes.
We encourage members to engage with all WoW has to offer be that PvP, achievement hunting, transmog, etc, etc. You will often find most members doing these activities between guild events.
