As per this thread, the Rogue Class Hall in Legion is borked, and has been since the pre-patch (22 July). When you enter, you appear as the Chromie quest version (as per “The Assassination of Amber Kearnen”.
Griftah, the mission table, the table to change / add Artifact appearances, the knocker to exit the class hall, these are all missing. The Southern exit has an invisible wall around it.
