When mobs enrage the buff glows…indication that i can dispel it . what do? is it a bug? which spell removes enrage(outlaw)

From top of my head, I think it was Shiv. I could be wrong though.

Yeah, I even looked up SHIV on wowhead before posting, and found nothing about dispel on it. Sorry, I’m too lazy to log into beta. I’m sure it will be fixed if it’s a bug.
Its probably level locked like toxic blade is 
OR its bugged and behaving off the fact the honor talent equivalent of shiv dispelled enrage.
Used to be shiv, but I was unable to find anything about it dispelling anything in any of the specs, now or at any higher levels 
i think the rogue unpruner got fired midway through his job
Think we need to have mindnumb on weapon for shiv to dispel enrage. Could be wrong thou

shouldnt glow then at lvl 50
It glows because the Shiv version of Mumbling Poison (not sur for the name) applies a concentrated poison that dispels 1 enrage. We don’t have acces to that poison yet.
