is there something im doing wrong or why does my eviscerate never hit for what its supposed too?

by never hit for what it’s supposed to, you mean it does less damage than it’s written on a tooltip? that’s true damage on the tooltip, which scales up based on your AP, but gets reduced by the armor of your target
yeah it does less damage than it says
wait until half of your stuns start resisting in pvp, you’re in for a treat, anyway, in most cases it’s better to use your points for expose and let you basics do more damage, rather than spending them on a finishing move that’s practically useless (unless you’re literally finishing the target)
if u want a finisher that does more damage than it says, try envenom. that thing pops 5k crits quite often, but it will rarely be used in pve
