what is the requirements to get the hidden artifact weapon of rogue i looked for vethir but i couldnt find him

Which spec’s hidden appearance are you after?

Do you want outlaw appearance? You need to unlock artifact weapon for outlaw and then do few chapters of story line in stormheim. Once you’re done with that you will have to run vault of the wardens and neltharion lair dungeons for two items which drop from last boss in NL and 3rd boss in Vaults. The fastest way to reset the dungeon is to go to your garrison, talk to WoD lfr npc and sign up for any lfr from wod. Once you’re in you have to click on lfr icon and use “teleport out of dungeon”. Do not click leave the dungeon group tho! This way once you’re done with running vaults and item didn’t drop you can click on teleport to dungeon and then teleport out of dungeon and you’ll be back at vaults of the warden entrance. That’s the fastest way to reset dungeons to run them again.

i have unlocked first appearance automatically so i need to do my class hall quest line then i need to drop these two items do you know how rare they are ?

If you have outlaw basic appereance unlocked (be sure you do cause I didnt have it on my rogue even though I could transmog it for some weird reason) and you do it by doing few quests in your order hall you have to fly to stormheim and do 3 chapters in there (up to the moment you can talk to Vethir). Once you’re done with Stormheim quest line you can start farming Vaults and Neltharion lair for left and right binding. I got binding from Vaults on like my 5th run and my second binding from NL on my 2nd run. One of the bindings drops from Ash’golm in Vaults of the wardens and 2nd one drops from last boss in Neltharion Lair

You also need to be in outlaw spec to be able to talk to him, if I remember correctly.

If you are lvl 120 its gonna be extremely easy
