im between these two to play with i want a mobile fast and strong class which have high apm and which can be the top dps

Outlaw does kind of get high APM once you’re geared, you don’t really get to enjoy that high apm feeling in low keys though bc of the wind up time it has.

For this reason alone you should go Rogue.
Monk only has 1 DPS spec after all and there’s no guarantee that WW will do well between patches. Rogue on the other hand will always have one competitive DPS spec.

demon hunter and rogue s apm and mobility is almost same dh just a bit higher but rogues way to play is more complicated so you can feel that you are playing

I play both haha these two are my favorite classes, its a shame I didnt bother getting any rogue mage tower tho

Rogue was/is and always will be top melee in this game im afraid…
Now monk is alot more fun to play but it does not compare to rogue output.
Maybe a DHuntard is better for you since you need output and mobility

I don’t know I have plenty of buttons to press on a demon hunter.

Sure on rogue you have to also watch combo points, however on demon hunter with the right talents you have to be careful in overcapping resources, managing your cooldowns to receive maximum benefit from azerite traits, timing your essences with your procs and so on.

You should always play a spec you enjoy and lose that silly mindset that you need to be the best.

Unless you are going for world firsts or 20+ keys, why keep choosing a spec that a another person says is better?

Play for yourself and not for other people!

Of course, but OP said they want something that can top the meters which I interpreted as a desire to be competitive. Some people like to be competitive after all.

I will always main monk cause I love two roles DPS/Heal , but my aesthetics are all rogue

Rogue, hands down. Amazing utilities and fun rotation.

Monks, all three specs became so clunky after Legion (Especially BRM - RIP FUN). Shame because I liked my Monk dearly during MOP/WOD.
