After the first time using Between the Eyes my gathering/using animations (such as mounting, skinning, mining etc…) disappear. The actions still work but my character stands still with the progress bar filling up. The only fix is a relog.
This can be reproduced 100% of the time with my character, I have tried doing a full fight using all my abilities except BtE and animations are still fine. Just use BtE and then flee, animations gone.
I play a human outlaw rogue, maybe it’s different with other races ?
Submitted an ingame ticket. Figured I’d post here as well.

Did you try resetting your interface to make sure it’s not an addon that causing this?
I have no addons, and I did try a /reload. The only fix is a relog.
I’ve been getting exactly the same thing. tried turning off all my mods and nothing changes. tried it on two different rogues just in case it was a racial bug. Same thing.
No idea what it is. Anyone found a solution?
There’s no other solution other than relogging or zoning. It’s not gameplay-impacting but it’s really annoying and immersion-breaking (to me at least).
As a result I play without Between the Eyes which is less than optimal lol :b
My blood elf has the same issue, only difference seems to be he gets stuck in a continuous loop of the BtE animation. Not a great impression in BGs lol.
Can confirm, as of Nov 16th, this is still a thing. Animations disappearing happens pretty much all the time, but I also sometimes get stuck in the shooting animation outside of combat, though more rarely. Like all of you have stated above, only relogging works for the missing animations, while the constant shooting can be fixed by teleporting to another zone (e.g. using a hearthstone). Tried it both with and without addons, the bug still happens. Hope this gets fixed at or before the start of Shadowlands, because it’s simply annoying and kind of makes me want to not play Outlaw anymore at times 
2022 still a thing on my demon hunter. Mining, Hearthstone , ect animation and sound disappear after a few minutes ingame.
