I have no hopes till 11.2 at the earliest, or 12.0, really. Rogue changes for 11.0 were half-finished, 11.0.5 nudged 5% further in the right direction, but there’s still lots to fix.

Basically rogue has no dev at this point. Just some random employee in there does a /roll 1-3 and tosses the number into a random skill. Rogue has been the abandoned dog that sometimes someone might give it a piece of bread.
