With phase 8 only 2 weeks away, rogue Phase 8 DPS sims are atrocious.
Blizzard you need to look into tier issues, especially for backstab, which heavily relies on more tier set combos than can be accomplished (4 set tier 2, 3 set AQ10, 2 set tier 3, 6 set tier 3.5).
You also need to nerf ranged damage and buff melee, as at this point there is absolutely no reason to go pure melee DPS. I may as well go hybrid and be top DPS, amazing at pvp and have all the tools I need to solo pretty much anything.
Phase 8 is in a terrible state. Delay this crap till you’ve actually made a polished product. As paying customers this is a slap in the face if it gets released like this.

In the sims ranged hunter is in the same spot as u my friend so idk what u mean nerfing ranged dmg.
I assume u mean magical dmg since sod is all about the hybrid love and pure classes get to be buff bots 
Yea sorry I did mean ranged magic dmg.
All rogue specs are bottom of the barrel in p8 sims.
Muti is 10k DPS whereas the average is 12-13k, with top dps being ret paladin at 16-17k.
I think rogue deserves better than the DPS of a healing mage…

If only rogues got a 2set that increased our dmg by 60%, 4set that made our next move do 300% extra dmg, maybe we could be above bottom dps too
