Rogue Shadowmeld -> Stealth?

Hello together

could you use as night elf your shadowmeld and immediately press stealth to get a new opener? Or doesn’t it work in raid because of the constant damage you get?

in raids it doesn’t work at all, in m+ you can use it to get a new opener on trash but it won’t work on bosses
