Can you give me some advice about rogues? what’s the most simple to play? not powerful. simple and straightforward.
I know is in general a complicated class but i miss a rogue in my collection and with pandaria remix i would like to level one.

Assassination is way easier than the other 2 specs.
Not sure about pve but at least in pvp they also do very well right now.
The problem with leveling one is that your big boi aoe damage talent(s) come up pretty late, altho at least in remix leveling you can get by pretty well by just spamming tempest and rupture when doing aoe.

Outlaw is pretty easy,
Saber Slash, or Pistol Shot if it procs, to build points.
Then use one of the spenders. There’s a big single target one, there’s a ranged one and a few others that I barely use.
The problem with it is there is some RNG with Roll the Bones CD and a few other procs.
So it’s generally easy to play but tricky to get the most out of. I like it myself as I don’t do high end content I don’t care about min-maxing every proc.
I reckon Assassination Rogue is the easiest option, or at least currently perhaps the best performing option(?), but if you level one from the start I think you can get the gist of any of the specs.
What I would say is:
Assassination focuses on poisons
Subtlety focuses most on stealth
Outlaw is the most warrior-like, though not at all warrior
Should use the rogue forum then! (Dont worry, im joking 
) most parts of the game has its own sub-forum but most things end up in general anyways

I think for getting the most out of a class or just improving then I’d say go there.
But this is a pretty general question. Also GD is not very busy of late.
Although asking in GD you are more likely to get 12 different opinions from 11 different posters.

Yeah i was just joking. If everyone posted in the respective sub-forums everything it wouldnt be that much left to post in general discussion since there’s sub-forums for close to all the parts of the game.

Assassin is easyest and seems to be strongest currently, outlaw mechanic is best optimized with weakauras and it takes bit rng and toughtput to come close with assasin and sub is worst currently and also “hardest”. This from pvp standpoint. I would give assasin a go aswell, its really strong right now. 
update. i wanna thank you. i levelled an outlaw in remix during the weekend and now i wanna try one in retail (yeah im not having an incredible social life lately :D). it was really fun!!

i have barely a leather set (the only leather class i used to main was a monk back on legion) so i need to collect all!
By now my 10th lvl KT is wandering in tiragarde with the plunderstorm outfit at it fits perfectly.

Yeah, Outlaw is kind of fun, swashbuckler type saber slash and pistol shot.
But I’m sure if you want to maximise it with all the rng and procs it’s tricky.

sincerely the last thing i wanna do in wow is maximize. i dont run any competitive content since 2010 
For any EZ spec I usually pick the most passives I can.
I find assassination is the easiest rotation to learn and most fluid. People give it a hard time but I think that’s just for high end content - it was great for levelling!
The trick is also to -not- go on an aoe farm like people seem to love. Take it one at a time, maybe 2, you’ve got lots of crowd control and then vanish if you are really doomed. It goes by fast enough
Edit: Darn it I posted before I read all the replies again. Well, my advice still stands and if you enjoy Outlaw, good for you. I really want to because I want a pirate themed character but it feels so… clunky.
I think the clunk comes into it when you’re trying to do it properly, maximising your procs and getting good roll the bones etc. Using your CDs when these all line up.
In its purest form it’s probably the most straight forward simple and relaxed. Although I’ve not a lot of experience with the other specs.
