I’m unable to play my Undead Rogue as stealth randomly breaks. I googeled it and found a lot of theories from players but no fix at all. I just tried to report a bug to Blizz but apparently it’s no longer a thing - i can just make another post that no one will reply to on blizz tech forum.
Stealth breaks every few seconds. I read that this may have something to do with undead racial but no fix.I read that some classes (DK, Monk etc) have something that breaks enemy stealth but no fix.
How can i play rogue without stealth? has anyone solved this bug?
its been broken all expansion, it could be cause of hero talents or tier bonuses, its hard to tell at this point but it does break. I think the aura of some class spells are even breaking it without it even being remotley close to rogue.
The most common cause recently has been Rogues equipping an INT dagger from Flame’s Radiance faction. It has an aura effect checking for targets every once in a while, and every time it pulses, it breaks the wearer’s stealth. Check your daggers (also, never equip INT daggers, their weapon damage is like 50 item levels behind).
Hero talents, tier sets and embelishments. On one random BG I constantly got damaged by somemthing the log only refered to as void leech without any enemies or allies being around, constantly popping me out of stealth.
Indie company.
No way, rogue has a bug? Who would have thought! The class is bugged and dead the whole expansion. it has no developer so it’s barely getting touched like once or twice every season and since season 3 started everything got even worse.
I am gearing my rogue as my buddy plays arc mage. Wanted to give it a swing.
We started doing 2s and it ended in a 1v1 vs another rogue. I was pretty excited as I wanted to beat him and he had better gear. I ended up with a stunlock and bleeding him. Running away. I kept kinda close to sap him on the second the bleed ran out. But my stealth broke twice while I had no dots on me.
The first time it broke, I was safe behind a pillar. The 2nd time i had to execute my Sap plan but as said, my stealth broke. He could open on me and naturally, I died because of no real gear yet and he having a full stun combo.
Had to check forums. I am kinda shocked what I see here. Rogue has a nice kit imo, but things feel very very off IMO
I think randomly breaking stealth makes the game more exciting.
Ret palas have almost no bugs anymore and look where it got them? Winning consistently is just so boring… those players will never know the rush of perfectly playing around your enemies cooldowns and resetting a fight three times, just to die to a random hammer flying in your face from 30 yards away because your stealth bugged out. Rogue is a lifestyle.
That was my sarcastic impression of the rogue discord btw., seriously, fix those damn bugs Blizzard!
