I am pulling a shameless add here but in my experience another thing that can be a good experience if you have a stall on a market. Because people will come to you and you also always know what to answer and to do because you know what you sell and your prices. We had a guild member who was really really shy but then he took the chance and wanted a stall of his own at a market we did organise in Dazar Alor. And it went great. Maybe that is something (nothing that helps long term of course but still maybe something cool to start 
)
