As title says, just use SQL, select conquest gear buyers and remove gear. If you don’t do nothing, this would completely destroy season. Please, Blizzard.

Dont see rollbacks happening for anything.
But they would need to go in and hand pick and remove any Conq gear from ppl.
Will it happen ? I doubt it. They are clearly overwhelmed by the low budget, amount of work, and record low number of devs to do the work.
Not an excuse, just reality. Classic is all amount milking as much money as possible with out investing anything in return.

They rolled back some stuff in mop remix recently, can’t see why they wouldn’t here.
Blizzard will HAVE to do something if Season 9 gear has been obtained and abused as they’ve announced a Cataclysm Arena Tournament with a prize pool of $50,000 in June 2024.
What would be the point in entering if you’ve got exploiters with Season 9 gear and others without it?

It would be nice to at least have a word from Blizz on the forums to explain why the PvP vendors simply disappeared.
I get what happened but an official source of intel would be the decent thing to do.
There’s just so many bugs on this version of an old game it’s wild. What was the point of doing a PTR ? How come you can still make such basic mistakes after so many years of launches ? It’s just mindboggling to have to deal with so much crap from one of the best MMO on the market.
Bring more people to work on SoD and Cata ffs… You can see the one dev team can’t keep up with your timeline. This is sheer stupidity at this point.

But Conquest havn’t been a currency available yet. Did people somehow get conquest or were conquest gear available for honor ?

Season has started, u can get conquest now and do arenas etc. Vendors still gone…
So what was the abuse then ?
Don’t need details, just what did they do ? Were you able to farm to much conq or ?
This is Blizzards game, they never rollback and every abuse or glitch you did turn back as profit to you. Sometimes they catch some people but 99% you get benefit from it.
Dont get me wrong, I also agree with you but it wont gonna happen. There are 3 people working for cataclysm.

1 intern (summer period intern so government pays this persons salary)
while they can milk wow players with 0 effort, i dont think they will spend time or money for any activity.
There are better private servers than official server, sad but true

So, did this issue with infinite conquest points happen also in EU or this is only US thing? I am confused. Can someone confirm full-geared ppl on EU or something simillar?
