The Rolling Thunder rune is great and i love having a bit of the cataclysm ele shaman in SoD. But when you consume the Lightning shield stacks with earth shock it would be great to reset the timer on the shield back to 10 minutes like you do in cataclysm.
This would prevent you from running into into the issue of having to either recast Lightning shield or dump early just so you dont miss out on the stacks.
