Rotation with Deathblow and Surging Shots

So I’m not sure how to deal with this. Aimed Shot has a 15% chance to proc Deathblow and a 15% chance to proc Surging Shots, so what do I do as the cast finishes? If I spam Kill Shot and Deathblow doesn’t proc, I will be delaying Rapid Fire if Surging Shots procs. I definitely can’t spam Rapid Fire because it too might proc Deathblow, wasting a charge. Of course if neither proc then I need to spend Precise Shots. That’s 3 spells that potentially need to be fired as soon as Aimed Shot finishes.

How do I solve this?

Not entirely sure I understand the question tbh, but…

Kill Shot > Rapid Fire > Aimed Shot

Always kill shot (deathblow) if available (deathblow makes KS available even if on CD) because it’s most damage per focus spent. Then rapid fire if available. Then Aimed shot. Spend arcane shots before Aimed Shot if empowered. At least this is what I’ve found to work best so far, filling with explosive shot, volley, steel trap, chakram and lastly steady shot depending on build and use-scenario

Ok picture a scenario where everything is on CD except Aimed Shot. You cast it, and once it goes off, it can proc Deathblow, Surging Shots, or both. Without Deathblow, you would spam your Rapid Fire hotkey as the Aimed Shot cast finished so it would go off immediately in case of a Surging Shots proc, to get in as many Rapid Fires as possible for the duration of the fight. But you can’t do that if you’re specced into Deathblow because Rapid Fire itself can proc Deathblow. That’s the problem.

Cast deathblow first always if it’s procced, then the rapid-fire following it can proc another one

You mean you wait to see what procced before you press anything? Isn’t that just adding your reaction time to your Aimed Shot cast? That looks like a significant DPS loss to me.
