I liked BFA though, but I agree, the launch went very well
(even though the new expac has too much talking in it)
Agreed - didnât experience any lag, any disconnects and shards didnât seem too over crowded. Iâd expected a somewhat disrupted launch where it would take forever to get any quests done but I was pleasantly surprised. Well done for sorting out your servers Blizz!
Yep hats off to blizz, was very smooth on silvermoon had no issues!
I did about 45 mins last night from launch (at work today - booo, hissss) and itâs been a long time since Iâve seen Org so busy. We had a huge walking mammoth/yak conga line going, loads flying around or parked and surprisingly no lag.
As soon as it launched and that first load screen appeared I was thinking âhere we go, freeze timeâ, but no, it wenât really smoothly. The starting gameplay in the Maw was pretty quiet with few other players around but bit by bit got busier. Iâve endured the previous expac launches, WoD being by far the worst, but this was really, really smooth.
Just /reload worked for me.

Indeed the expansion seems on point ,really love it so far .Unfortunately cant log inâŚ

Are we playing the same game? Its been a total sh%$show! DCs constantly, unable to login, 2 hour+ queues when it is working, infinite login DC loops, LAAAAAAAG so bad you can barely play, buggy quests that have to be dropped 3 or 4 times, total garbage covenant system when you can actually play.

It was a super smooth launch and I didnât have any problems anywhere. Really like the look of bastion so far, although I think I wonât stay there as my main covenant. Too much light for my taste. Maybe Venthyr will be a better fit. 
Launch very impressively smooth - however i did find all the first 90 mins to be VERY linear quests, and the grafix in Maw and Bastion i dont like - wishy washy colour tones - hard to see some white text on pale background in Bastion, and the main items get lost against the similar toned background - and too much talking - but good to be doing new stuff - hope later levels/zones get more interesting to look at
Glad to hear most people had a smooth launch and have been enjoying getting stuck into all the new content!
Of course, wherever issues do crop up, weâll do our best to address them as quickly as possible.

Has there been any progress on the massive lag issues being suffered by some realms at all? ie draenor, kazzak and silvermoon

Very brave to stick your head up above the parapet so to speak, but I canât see it ending happily what with the problems on certain servers.

we have tried that but have had no responses. there is numerous threads. could you ask someone to comment on these posts please. There is a lot of very annoyed players

How about fixing high pop servers? giving us a free transfer? seeing as the game is unplayable for us right now? How about addressing the situation? How about not sweeping it under the carpet hoping no one notices?

this was at 9am. Itâs now 5pm and itâs awful, even worse than it was before. They havenât done anything about it. Itâs been unplayable since the start of the expac.
