I mean personally can’t remember there being any realm or people having nothing but smooth launch up to WoD, from there on it has been chaos every time on high pop realms for whatever reason. Classic botched, WoD->legion->BFA->now shadowlands completely botched on high pop realms with major issues.
Than there was the D3 fiasco. OW was smooth all the way through thou since beta.
What about the paying customers who payed for the expansion and the subscription that now have 5K ques (2-3hrs) on their servers?? This is again a nowhere near perfect launch because Blizz just dont care. You guys knew how many had already paid for the expansion. You knew how many had reactivated their subscription and still you did nothing. Not even a char transfer! Shame on you blizz.

Hahahaha…no. Seriously, don’t speak for the entire community if you have not been on other servers. For many, it’s an absolute lagfest - if you pass the queue - and if you get to your character screen. I don’t have a queue atm, but staring at “logging into game server” and then it logs me out again.
I do feel they went back to the old way of storytelling. Taking their time, creating an atmosphere in which everything is explained by experiencing it. Not the Maw, though, that felt like the start of WoD - a rushfest that doesn’t give you time to take it all in. But now in Bastion, the tempo is down and you get to see and feel for yourself.
Waaaaaay too soon to call. I also like that starting a new char is interesting again, being able to create a specific story for each char instead of just doing aaaaaaaall the same quests over and over and over and over and… zzzzzz…
It gets better once Blizzard stops choking you with Alliance demi-god hero cutscenes. One more and I’m gonna throw up.

Lauch was smooth? Speak for your server. On top of that, I can’t even log on to any server , getting kicked in my butt.
The level up experience is great, at least for a first character.
But I will still wait until later for the endgame. Too much grind on the horizon and I rather play something else while waiting for the catchups and ripcords to do their magic

Well, apart from the game being basically unplayable and really frustrating with the huge lag spikes, 2 hours of que and then being kicked one hour after …the game is really wonderful and I love everything about the leveling experience so far. I was saying all the time that they’ve outdone themselves with this one. I just wish I could play it… but well they won’t let me and not only me, there are thousands that want to play so much, but can’t…
It’s 100% unplayable.
If you are on one of the three full servers, probably. The rest is doing fine apart from some global login-issues like an hour ago.
No? I played from like 22:00 yesterday until like 16:00 today, then I went to bed and now I’m going to play soon again after waiting a bit in queue.
