I was wondering how active people are at the moment with RP on the Horde side?
And what guilds are active at the moment that I could perhaps join?

I recommend seeking out the following bands.
The Echo Cartel.
The Golden Zanza Juju
The College of Tales
The Gosh Ogar clan
The Crimson fury
While i know each of these are busy with RP in their own form, i am not sure to what extent they fit your bill. I recommend seeking out places like Crossroads, Ratchet and Bootybay, to find and interact with the different warbands and see whats most fun for you.

Horde has an RP-Event today @ 6pm in Bloodhoof Village.
