[walks in and then realises the group of alliance sitting at the table discussing]
"H-hello … "
[he gulps and nervously taps his index talons together]
“I … uhm, I kinda heard the discussion and thought to chime in.
Hardcore may sound all nice and all but why may we not group or resurrect?
It kinda … makes me feel like I am a very bad healer.”
[Notices everyone watching him]
“Now ehm … before you start to grab your weapons … I mean no harm … I aspire to be joining the ‘Healing Wings’ but I have a lot to learn still.”
[keeps close to the door and weary to be able to leave the room quickly if one may grab a weapon]

A more strict server with different rules sounds good. So you don’t need to rely on addons, but in my opinion the delete character on death seems a bit harsh. Sure sure that is the whole point of hardcore.
But what instead of that you loose a level, or more, on each death, that means you need to level up again. And if you die within X time, you loose double the levels. (and level bound gear will go back to your inventory if you don’t meet the criteria)
I was also wondering if it would be possible for the server to have random generated quests for all over Azeroth, not just end level dailies, but actual Roleplay quests.
Things you can join with your group or alone.
My wish would also be that the interaction with the NPC’s were more interactive.
How often I see someone spit at the auctioneer for example and did nothing! That person should have been punched in the face by the auctioneer and banned for X amount of days of that auction house!
Even if it is just a response of the basic emotes we can do in game. (with a hidden reputation stat to have that NPC respond back to you)
