Hello got a problem my gpu is using 40 % max of capability of my gpu. and in boralus dropping to 45-50 fps without animations .
Someon know what to do ??
I looked and there is no bottleneck chance ??..
In msi center got it on extreme performance
Crystall ball tells me… 90/10 CPU bottleneck.
edit: Missed that you actually posted CPU in the subject before GPU text. Almost certainly CPU bottleneck regardless, especially if there are lots of other players around. Depends also on some graphics settings and of course addons you might have.
I would try without addons first and see if that helps or not. Make also sure to use DX12 mode in the graphics settings.

I would start by reducing some of the graphics settings then. Some are more demanding (especially in busy locations with lots of players etc) than others for negligible quality increase.
And usually removing addons (as they are heavily CPU bound) can help.
Even with a rtx 2080 super gaming x and a i9-9900k ?? For the price think it would destroy the game at more then 100fps …
WoW is heavily CPU bound, and I mean that as single thread bound. It has improved over t he years (eg. when the DX12 was added I gained big increase in performance).
I would do the usual troubleshooting (check temperatures, reduce graphics settings, update drivers etc) to try to pinpoint any possible problems.
Overlays can potentially cause issues, too (Discord, Steam etc) so I would disable those. Not exactly sure what MSI Dragon Center actually does but I am quite skeptical when sofware promises to increase performance with one click so I would also try without it.
Network. It’s an online game that has a lot of data transfer and data to process.
