Ruby whelp shell

Hello,
Is the Ruby Whelp Shell any good for Arms warriors in m+ ?
It has a huge stat buff/s haste/crit and a nasty AOE is anybody using it ?

If you google ‘wowhead’, ‘ruby shell’ and ‘arms warrior’, you can get a whole lot more details and breakdowns. Yet here is the TLDR:

Ruby Whelp Shell is quite good, especially with hasteproc learned. Quite a few use it. It is a good choice to use until you get the Whispering Incarnate Icon and your Puzzle Box.

Thx,
I did that but I didn’t see for arms warriors specifically, maybe I didn’t look far enough or I was too tired.
I have the, icon of trampling hooves, which looks good to me, il sim and try the ruby whelp.
