I have a problem with obtaining Warcraft Rumble Minis, Get 'Em All! (achievement) I had 5 coins, collected my 6th in Horde Capital… No problem thus far… then I noticed that the 2 nearby foils were not visible for my level 60 Hunter & Warrior (tried both)… So now, I’ve noticed that all remaining foils & last coin are invisible. Before they would happily show up on the mini map, so its bugged out. Is this just me?

Soo… My partner logged on to their account and oddly… Exactly the same thing. The two foils are missing in Horde Capital, as well as in Stormwind. so either Blizzard have moved them, could be the case as the rumble coin for me was nearer the ships and not as per wowhead guide. Or since upgrading to War Within it’s making bags disappear.
I’m having the same issue. I’ve collected all the minis themselves, I’m only missing two foils; the one in Orgrimmar (by the AH, apparently) and one in Durotar (near a zeppelin tower). They just aren’t there.
I’ve used a command found on a Wowhead post to check that I definitely haven’t collected them by mistake, and confirmed that I haven’t. I was able to see the coin in Orgrimmar, and used it in the machine to get my final mini, so… not sure what to do now. Does Orgrimmar have any phasing options I might be missing? I don’t normally play Horde so not sure.
When did you collect your first coins? When I noticed the one on the floating rock above sands of time was missing, I picked up the horde coin and then realised there was a wider problem with the foils. I’m assuming an update at some point has caused them to disappear. I even set up a new account and had the exact same results. 1 coin missing and 7 foils.
I think they are moved somewhere else…
I also couldn’t find one in SW docks near stairs - I asked support if there’s a bug and they said all is fine with my coins/foils, just need to find them.
After long time I found it - it was moved basically 10 metres away closer to water side…
So there’s SW for you probably. Still can’t find both foils in Orgrimmar/Durotar.
I’ve heard that one foil is moved near cave north of that zeppelin tower, but I couldn’t find it myself.
Did you guys have more luck finding them ?
Used another fresh account, no coins collected or foils. Found a Coin in Org/Storm, no foils nearby. Checked that cave missing also…
