Does anyone know if you can still buy Rune Harbinger crests with Weathered Harbinger crests? I’m able to do so with my Horde alts but not my Alliance alt.
It’s character specific. You can do it when you get the “Harbinger of the Carved” achievement on that specific character, i.e. when that character has upgraded all of their items as far as carved crests can take them.
