Rune of Echoing Void - BUGGED!

Hey Blizzard,

Is this going to be looked into to find out why this rune is currently not working correctly, especially for Demonhunters?

For example, if you go to the YouTube channel for “VooDooSaurus”, you can find the video they made about the Echoing Void being bugged.

You can find more information in relation to the procs not really working as intended.

it’s going out with season 3 so I doubt any fixes
