can i buy those from a npc or is that a one time thing from the quest :o ?
i think it is a one-time thing. but you can buy a toy with 2 minutes cooldown, that does the same. you can buy it at the beginning of the battleground from an npc at the gate. or in hillsbrad at the alterac entrance
Rune is a one time thing but there are two more items that can teleport you back to base on AV.
First one is a good old upgradable Trinket for AV reputation General Orc guy in Hillsbrad Foothills gives it to you after finishing a quest for returning banner from some cave in AV (bg) or something like that.
Second one New Toy Insignia. You have to take a quest From Voggah Deathgrip guy outside of AV in Hillsbrad Foothills to kill Vandar, then after you killed him you have to queue for AV once again to turn in his quest INSIDE AV BG in a cave where horde starts before gates are open (he’ll disappear after that). After that you can buy toy insignia from him in that cave.
