Rushing Jade Wind/Spinning Crane Kick

Just a quick question ,does Rushing Jade Wind count as Spinning Crane Kick ,in Legion and BfA It used to say on the text for the talent it replaces it.

But now in Shadowlands where we have legendries that improve Spinning crane kick ,do they improve Rushing Jade Wind since it is not replaced by it but its addition spell?

which legendary do you mean specifically?

They are separate abilities, so no, it wouldn’t. Also, I’m not sure which lege you are on about.
