On live patch it’s +800% damage and 100% effectiveness to other targets (number of additional targets halved in pvp)
I am 100% making the prediction that Jade Empowerment damage boost will be nerfed by 50% minimum after week 1 of next patch when people get 100-0 by 1 healer monk lightning with full modifiers (+3000% damage modifier is peak game design btw)
If people complained about Pres damage in early DF/TWW, they will lose their minds when 11.1 releases, mark my words.
