In my experience russians predominantly play in groups of 4-5.
How do I know that? Well, I tend to see the same characters playing together really often (and you can notice them by honor level as well).
Just look for a mage with 1900 honor levels.

The only issue with Russians and Russian speaking, is really that they are all grouped together. Add that to the fact you can premade with anyone on any other realm, makes it impossible to 100% call premade or not.

Russians are really often well coordinated - mainly because they all russian speaking in one group, even on random battleground - thats how Blizzard region matchmaking working.
I know communities, that making premades - they all multinational, not russian.
And such stupid topics are disgusting, because of it.
