Go to Russian Tab and you will find a dead server and another one that is full. What that means: PRE MADE 40 MAN BGs! Guaranteed Discord organization RBG level coordination against random groups.
How is that fair?
Solution: Seeing how it is just one active server, merge them in with all other servers/regions ESPECIALLY that those are from a mix of European countries.
The problem is if you scramble RUS players with the rest of the EN realms; People will start complaining they can’t read their names and can’t communicate with them because most of them barely know English.
Whatever the reason, and regardless of who is to blame, the Russian players ruin the AV experience for everyone else. Make Russians play Russians in AV. That’s the answer.
I just won the alterac with a score of 0/598. 14 minutes. 9214 honors. Played with the foot because the hands were busy with the phone game “warcraft arclight rumble”
It’s because they’re not playing against randoms, randoms vs organized group that gets in the same BG everytime, doesn’t do that well. If you want to play the part of the npc being grinded, go ahead.
your reasoning is not correct. online best pvp server (flamegor) is 15.000-20.000 players. but you claim that each bg is one and the same people.
let’s count? if we take the average number of active pvp players
(let’s say 6.000 players)
6000÷40 (40 players 1 alterac) = 150 active alteracs.
150 completed alteracs? seriously)) of course not! but even 10 ready alteracs is 400 ready players? 24/7?
Have You ever wondered how is it, that Russians* play every battleground but only premade AV, even though according to every complainers logic it should be easy for them to premade other battlegrounds as well?
I’ll tell You. They don’t premade, and they aren’t good at PvP at all (on average, compared to the EU players).
They win AV because EU players rush the end boss, something that is easily countered with a very simple tactic known from the very begging of battleground PvP. A tactic that the Russians successfully implement.
Now, in every BG that requires actual PvP, and adapting to changing circumstances, they are easily defeated by EU players. Do You know why? Because they don’t premade, and don’t communicate.
Currently many EU players leave AV when they notice they’re playing against Russians, putting the rest of the team at serious disadvantage, which makes it hard to win even if the rest decides to organise themselves and actually fight the Russians back.
*Term “Russians” used for convenience, I know there are many non Russian players on RU servers.
What kind of premade groups are we talking about, if the Russian server almost always loses to WTG Europe. There will be a maximum of 10-20 people from PVP guilds who go to WTG as a group and that’s it.
I do have to say that I don’t understand the EU players who just leave at the start without even trying to fight the Russians at mid. I mean, it stands to reason that sometimes we will have the more geared and skilled team and could beat them.
My approach to AV in the 71-79 bracket is to stick around at least for the start of the bg and see if there’s something fun to do in it. For example, I play healer, and if I see that there are a few DPS on our side who are killing Russians, I seek them out to heal them. Together we can often have a fun game within a game- maybe seeing if we can at least kill Galv.
But if the entire EU team just gives up then it’s pointless to stay, and I will leave as well. But I wish more EU guys would at least try to find something fun to do in the game.
