No reliable info from what I can get.
Currently camping it for more than 3 hrs.

I read from some discussion it might not spawn on day when Chromie is around but only on days when you go there using that time travel device. No idea if it’s true. To get pattern for time travel thingy you need to grind mobs in “other place” untill it drops. Then you can build one with pascal and can travel to “other place” on other days too when Chromie is not offering the quest.

the thing is such special requirement should be mentioned by smth in game if true.

or is this a bug after ptr and week live?

FYI. Ppl in raid shared the idea that it doesn’t spawn ON chromie days.
on other days it’s 1hr respwan timer.
Not sorry if a care about 39 ppl I have invited to camp for 3hr+.
It should have been written in the boldest flashiest letters. Cause it’s people’s time.
I am cool with killing it tomorrow, but I feel like I abused good ppl
Oh sorry, thought you meant he should be advertised in general. I agree that it should be known he doesn’t spawn on chromie days, especially because spawntimers aren’t technically known.

Thanks, but I left the wait.
Gonna try tomorrow if Chromie won’t be up. Atm I am too invested to give up, but most likely that 8.2 grinds for wheel mounts are the last mount grinds I ll do up to 10.0
At least my current progress suggests so. xD
He spawned for me yesteday. I used personal time dispenser. Chromie was not in present time Mechagon during that day.
