On LFR hoggers only ability is to hit 7 players at the same time for 100% of their health. Extra mechanics added on each difficulty.
We will never defeat Hogger the legend.

I think it’s a fair assumption that they’re having a look at all the dragon lore and characters to date when planning this expansion.
They haven’t, he was mentioned in the recent “Exploring Azeroth - the Eastern Kingdoms” book.
To quote Wowpedia:

Honestly can’t see why not, Outland is dying pretty quickly so he’d need to hop back eventually anyway.

I’d at least hope so… but well, I have my doubts. Other things than actual interest in the game and its lore seem more important, as the announcement video showed. But, let’s wait and see…

besides the new primal elementals i think its pretty obvious it will be either galakrond or murozond or both of them with the dragon theme of the expansion. Especially murozond would be good to bring back because it allows so many creative dungeons from the past to be done or even entire playable zones in the past in wich we prevent some infinite dragonflight shenanigans.
And if they are really lazy they can just sprinkle some old god stuff here and there wich we need to cleanse so azeroth can fully awaken

Although, some people keep pointing out that that tyr beacon thingy is a titan facility, and those are usually built atop… well, Old God prisons, right?
some of them were, but i think there also were those wich werent, like uldaman or thewarrior order hall in legion. Or the tower in dragonblight.(idk if they retconned old gods sometimes being as big as a continent) But who knows with uldaman being remade there might be old god stuff there now as well.
