Yep i was chilling in a BG and wonder whats wrong with my damage nothing dies and nothing drops, Dps bring down a guy in execute range and my 2x shadow word death hit so low that he was not dead and someone heal him back up

We Saw That incoming , imagine we’re on the F Tier of M+ With 2.5 % Overall Healin Spec Picks And They nerfin those things. blizz Was always scared of buffin disc for some reason but instead always BEing happy of Nerfs
