Sanguine Ichor

So how does the Sanguine Ichor work exactly?

Does or does it not go away after phase 2 of Shriekwing?
The guide on wowhead and FatbossTV video say it goes away after phase 2.
But when we did the fight it did not go away after any phase 2.

Is it bugged or did we do something wrong?

Also sorry if it’s in the wrong forum section.
Didn’t know where to post this.

It seems to stay. If it disappeared after P2 it’d really trivialize the encounter.
