Hi does anyone know if this is a bug or something as [Savage Gift] is now classed as BOP, not BOA meaning I can’t send them to my alts on other servers to open them up

I think it is BOP by design, unfortunately 
Because they are playing TBC classic and not retail.
On topic its been like it a couple years now which is annoying.
You can send Merry Supplies to alts as those are account bound but not the gifts themselves
