With 50 characters at lvl 120 spread across both factions, 5 realms, all classes and all races except for Mecagnomes, I won’t ever ever ever need any of these services.
But still nice to know that there is a discount for those who need it 
I think that someday Blizzard needs to go an extra mile and give some bulk game service discount if they need to change many characters.

Don’t try to act like you have some moral high ground just because you feel bad for the people who lost their Jobs. Most people feel bad for them, but what do you want them to do, there is a global pandemic, many people lost their Jobs.
Saying that Blizzard is evil because they do something they did multiple times already but now they fired people as well is incredibly ignorant. Let’s say they don’t lower the prices. Would those people get their Jobs back? No, they wouldn’t. So in what way does this even matter to you? I guess you have to bash Blizzard for something for the daily upvotes.

Delete your character, get a friend to create a character with the deleted ones name, then restore your character. Free name change.
