Oh i know how you would cry an endless river if SW/new Teldrasil (forgot its name) were to become the center for an expansion, calling it unfair and you being forced to be there!
New Teldrasil didnt even live 2 mins before dying and if things go like you hope, Silvermoon will be exactly the same.

Statisticst say that most of the famous belves really loved humans.
The blood elves are the one Horde race who have zero reasons to be nice to the alliance. Silvermoon being neutral will just encourage the fanatical high elf fans that they were right from the start and Quel’thalas staying alliance until infinity. That is why I am against it. A fringe group of players shouldn’t dictate the lore just because they are professional bootlickers for the humans.
Bel’ameth is not neutral and Tyrande makes that clear.
