Why are they on a 10 minute respawn timer? Every single day there is like 50 people here flying around all trying to get the same one. When is this getting fixed?

never. blizz are milking our hard earned cash, but won’t do any form of maintance for helping it’s playerbase
That quest, along with many others, is a known issue and should get fixed at some point.
