Hello! Last night i saw that my shaman’s ghost wolf removes savory deviate delight buff and the strange thing is it didnt before i was level 68 or before last night. Is this some kind of a bug or a hotfix i just wanna know if someone can give some info about it thank you!
Dont tell me they hotfixed it reeeee
Try eating a Savoury Deviate Delight on a female character, while on Netherwing Ledge, disguised as a fel orc (once the content unlocks) and see what happens…
Seems it was hotfixed yesterday. Got same issue on my druid. Honestly makes my character half as enjoyable to play having to stare at a stupid tree instead of pirate/skelly. Big yikes from actiblizz as usual.
I would guess that it makes your savory form male? Because there arent female fel orc models?
I know that if you use the item that changes you into a metal dwarf dude (that came in wotlk) as a female and then use orb of the sin’dore to change into a blood elf you get turned into a male blood elf.
Unfortunately, this is working as intended. I very clearly remember posters on the Druid forums complaining about this change back in the day, but it was never reverted (they wer mostly talking about Noggenfogger though). My guess is that Blizz thought that it would be imbalanced in arenas as players would not be able to tell at a glance what form the Druid is in. IIRC, it was a problem for Druids in PvE as it helped them circumvent the infamous cat form range bug.
So, I don’t see this changing.
but u shouldnt be able to use any potions or elixirs in arena tho and also druid is not like shaman.Shaman’s ghost wolf does nothing except running with 40% speed.I mean this is ridicolous it means that i cannot use my savory deviate delight because i always use ghost wolf its part of my binds ofc … specially in open world when i have to run from mob to mob etc …
PS: Forgot to mention aswell removing of water walking buff after using mount or ghost wolf this is also kinda annoying!
I know, it’s one of those “It was fun so Blizzard killed it” changes. I doubt they’ll do anything about it, but it definitely doesn’t hurt to have this thread and to bring it to Blizz’s attention.
