I cant use the transmog reward called Scoundrel’s Missing Boots from the fashion contest. Anyone have the same issue?
u gotta buy that on a character that can actually use them.

this is it… I thought it was usable and didnt read the leather statement. It wasn’t greyed out like the rest of the unusable ones.
